Non-covered numbered reserved space - $170 per month

Covered numbered reserved space - $205 per month

We now offer short term (hourly and daily) reserved parking thru ParkWhiz or download the ParkWhiz app.

Non-covered spaces ARE available.
Covered spaces are SOLD OUT. Contact us regarding renting a non-covered space and be first in the queue to transfer to a covered space!

Payment Requirements:

To get started you pay for your first month and last month. We will prorate the first month's rent. We retain the last month's rent and apply it to your final month when that time comes. Then pay monthly before the first day of each subsequent month.

We accept checks, Venmo, and debit or credit cards. Please make checks payable to 221 West William LLC. Card payments are subject to a 3.8% fee.

Payment checks can be mailed to us at 1316 Iroquois Pl, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

Mirror Tag:
You must always display your mirror tag when parked in The Green Lot. Your mirror tag is transferrable from one vehicle to another. We keep track of your mirror tag number rather than your vehicle type or license number. For customers wishing to share the use of one space with colleagues, friends, or family, or those with multiple vehicles, we will provide multiple mirror tags!
